Low season: € 75 per day
(November, December, January, February, March)
Mid season: € 100 per day
(April, May, June, September, October)
Peak season: € 150 per day
(July, August)

• The stated prices apply to the rental of the entire apartment and are therefore not per person.

• Minimum reservation: 7 nights.

• Maximum capacity: 6 persons.

• Rent deposit upon booking: 25% of the rent.

• Full payment: at least 30 days before arrival.

• Cancellation costs: > 45 days: none | 45 - 30 days: 50% of the deposit | 30 - 15 days: 75% of the deposit | < 15 dagen: 100% of the deposit.

• Additional fee per reservation for cleaning, check-in and check-out: € 115.

• General deposit: € 250. This will be refunded within a week after the approval of our key holder. We will deduct any costs of damage and/or breakage from the deposit.

• Electricity surcharge: € 0.25 per KWh > 110 KWh per week (average use).

• Dutch school holidays (with the exception of the summer holiday) are considered mid season.

• Special winter rate: € 1,000 per month. This is based on a maximum of 2 persons in the low season for a minimum of 30 consecutive days and a maximum of 3 consecutive months.

• Pets are not allowed for a short term stay, but negotiable for a long term stay.
